Terrible Connection

Hi guys. The connection has been terrible for 7 days straight. The Wi-Fi will work for 10 minutes then not work for a whole 5hours. Please, get it sorted out. Another thing, Please do not deduct your money on the day i do not get paid. I get charged when you deduct and there isn’t money in my account.
