Terrible connection and support

I see that the business does not reply to hellopeter messages. I have cancelled my sim because the download speed only goes up to 0.5MB in Wynberg Cape Town on any day, any time. This, coupled with the canned responses when you raise a support ticket, has made this a very frustrating experience. I want to remove my card details so that I do not get charged on 1 July for a service I have not used.
