Terrible communication from rain + customer care

I normally don’t do this. But this really ****ed me off. I used rain for short period of time. After 2 years of no communication from rain about my account I am being called now telling me I have an outstanding amount. When I call the customer care. The lady who helped me have no idea on how to answer me and tells me about Tcs and Cs. I don’t mind paying. My question is after whole 2 years of no communication I’m being being told about Tcs and Cs today. When I registered with rain this was not mentioned.
