Terrible client service

I signed up for their LTE, I got the sim and did my Rica. I have been following up for 3 days as to why my Rica has not been authenticated, just robot replies. One call promising to get back to me and nothing. In terms of client service this is the worst I have ever ever received, here’s the best part, they take your money immediately, don’t even wait for the sim to be used. ********* to say the least!
