Terrible billing and no real support!

I am utterly disappointed with Rain! I've been using their services for a while and connectivity wise I love it. But for the life of me I cannot understand why each and every month I have issues with payments. It's always incorrect and then I am cut off. When I call in the irritating AVM sings the same freaking song of an outstanding balance like that's why I'm calling in why is there no ****** help. Rather they always experience high call volumes. I pay almost 40% extra per month calling this place and then the story is always they supervisor is looking into it... Fix this guys please! I refuse to be callin every month because you keep *****ing up my billing and Costing me extra money on failed debts! Last warning!
