Terrible and worse connection from rain
It’s really sad that we pay rain everything month and yet most of time lately we are not connected, tried to call the customer care line more than 4 times everyday… mind you we use our airtime to hold for 16 min before they pick up the call and yet no assistance
Rain treatment is really not fair and quite disappointing

05 Feb 2025, 10:44Hi we only get connection at the house between 12am and 12pm and after that nothing… it’s really an inconvenience yesterday I had to leave the office at 20:00 after I knocked off at 4pm because at home I couldn’t work there is no internet

Now I must wait for after 8am so that I can call the call centre and hold for 16 minutes before someone answers and that person will be trying to check for another good 10 minutes or more… LAST MONTH I SPENT MORE THAT R400 on airtime calling your call centre and this month it will be the same thing again
