Terrible and *********** Rain Agents

Disconnecting my services whenever they feel like. I have paid for my services and I do NOT understand all these bad service you are giving me.

I had to call more than 4 Rain agents in a single day in order to get the connection back or fix the problem. I made all these calls on the 27th of December 2023. Up until today my problem has not been fixed.

Worst services from the following Rain Agents: Gretchen, I called this agent at 6pm and the agent promised to fix the problem and failed, did not even call be back. Sibusiso, I called him at 19h09pm and he said the problem will be fixed in the next 30 minutes. Today it is the 28th of December the problem has NOT been fixed.
