Terrible and misleading service from RAIN internet service provider!!!!!

After taking the time to resolve an issue regarding my account and cancellation of my service, I had no idea that I was dealing with an agent who has not been fully trained to deal with my enquiries. Instead, I was falsely led to believe that things will be in order, only to discover later that day that it was not. They take your money against your wishes from your account, not offering any solutions, and kept on passing the buck. The latter even a supervisor doing so, and not coming back to me as promised. After speaking to about 5 different agents, incl a supervisor, my issue was still not resolved, and I was not given any feedback like I have requested to solve the matter. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!
