Terrible after sales service

Cancelled the service within 7 days of delivery because we were receiving between 1Mbps to 7Mbps speeds. Beginning of new month they deducted 2 months from my bank account. Tried to call them and waited 10 minutes listing to 'Your call is important to us......' so requested a call back. Still waiting for that call to request my refund.
