Terrible activation service

I got a Rain Sim Card from Clicks on Sunday, i started the process of activating the sim card on the rain app, chose the package that i wanted, paid the amount due, successfully Rica'd the sim card, received a message saying that the accoun5 has been successfully activated. But until this day, Wednesday, after dealing with over 13 support agents, not one person has been able to activate my internet. This is ridiculous service!!!!
