Terrible acount and billing service

App**** for a loop 101 device and they messed up my account , took two weeks to fix the loop device but my account is up to date according to their website but the Idiot of a AI : Sam maintains my account is o verdue. Rain logs requests for supprt to call me but to no avail after numerous attempts. Stay away from Rain , their support is dismal and their accounting staff is bad and ***********. This isnt the first time I ran into errors with them
