Terrible 5G connection
We do not have fibre in my area so I decided to order rain 5G for R699. I received it today and I’m very disappointed. With just my tv, phone and laptop it keeps buffering and emails stuck on outbox. This is supposed to be very fast and unlimited according to rain. Some tiles on Netflix don’t even appear. It’s impossible to work with, download and upload speed is terrible!

07 Feb 2022, 17:38Rain asked for my address privately and never did anything about it. I have logged tickets last week but no one came back to me. I requested to cancel the subscription immediately and get my money back but I’m being ignored
