Terrible

I have recently moved and i do not normally let an ISP affect my move but this time i checked on the Rain website and found the area I wanted to move to had Rain coverage. I decoded to move there as internet is vitally important to me due to my work. I ordered a Rain sim and to my horror there is no Rain coverage, no signal at all. The problem is one cannot get a refund for their sim cards, you order, you receive, you cancel and they still charge you the pro rata amount for the month, whether there is signal or not I have always used Rain but no more.
