Terri was extremely helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to be actually talking to someone who had knowledge and a willingness to help. The first good experience I’ve ever had with rain support. Please take notes from Terri and give training to your other agents on how to treat customers! My very last phone call with rain was the same issue but the gentleman advised me that there is “no way he can latch my router” which was pure laziness because Terri assisted me with latching my router onto the tower immediately !!!
