Terminate my account I have lost my job!

I am not happy with the service rain is giving me. I just had your consultant hang up the phone on me right now and she has told me that she cannot contact headoffice, cannot give me headoffice email address and cannot do anything about the fact that I want to cancel my account with rain because I cannot afford it any longer. On top of that she is telling me that they will continue to bill me everyday and continue to add another monthly bill whereas the simcard has been disconnected by them.

I want this account terminated immediately!. I will pay the R470 that I need to pay in the next 2 weeks but I will not pay for the month of August because you guys terminated the sim.

I want my account terminated before I take this to Twitter, hello Peter and Instagra. I already saw there is a huge complaint on Instagram and Hello Peter trending and I will add to that trend until you terminate my account!
