Telling all my peers to cancel their service || No internet 3 days and going plus no service or callbacks

Extremely awful Service and Customer experience, I have been advising alot of my peers to use the service however in the past 3 Business days as they would put it, having had said contact me, I Have been without assistance and no internet, I rely on this service to work however the Consultants treat you like a form they tick their boxes to have their job done but leave me paying heavily for prepaid data even though I have shown patience in waiting for help. We use this service to work from home and with this type of service going into the fourth wave I'm sure many other clients will opt for another provider. Extremely unhappy.
