On the 20 July 2023 I’ve cancelled my rain account which after that one of your consultants called and said “how sad the were to see me go” then on the 27 September 2023 R1321.87 was deducted from my account which was like this R330,R529 and 462,87 then I called you promised to refund in 14 working days, up until now I’ve not receive my money, I’ve been calling no one is responding, I reported them to you they promised to get back to me even now I never receive their call
