The was no usage of anything because since I called and explain on 20 July I won’t be able to afford rain services but then you didn’t cancel on your side, for what good reason I don’t know then you deduct the money on September and the money was meant for my kid’s Christmas clothes,you guys don’t know how to treat your customers well, the day you deduct money you promised to refund but now there’s bunch on stories and if I get another job I won’t recommend rain even now im advising people not to join you because your robing people even at their Lowe’s

How possible is that there was a outstanding amount while I cancel my rain account around July and you deduct money on September can’t you see your robing people, rain people you are ****mers

Try and give good service to people so that next time can work with you again instead of roving them

So when willl I get my money money back because you guys deducted money while i cancelled my account

It’s fine keep on robbing people it’s fine , you people are ****mers I didn’t use any service but then you can keep the money with you if Is what will make you happy, even if I can explain that I cancelled your service you don’t want to hear me, before you could take your router you were saying you’ll refund but then it’s fine I will never join you again and public awareness of how ****mers you are
