Hey,am having problems with my rain internet data, my package is 24HRS unlimited data which is R479 a month but after two months of payment they started billing me R743 which i dont know why i have tried to communicate with them which was not through so on the first of october i decided to leave only R500 in my account to see if they will correct it contact me which they did not contact me but cut my internet saying the funds is not enough On 10th of october i decided to pay and reconnect even though they billing me more than they should but my payment refused to go through it keeps on say payment up front i do not know what to do now please i need help as soon as possible
