Techs, SLA and consultants who knows how to speak

Today I called rain there is no internet and they cannot send out a technician to their site to check why the batteries are down Rain please send out techs we are using our internet for work. They simply cannot provide you with an ETR. Internet providers when there is an outage in one of their sites they give you an SLA and also inform clients If my internet is not back by tonight I will just cancel this is the worst after I have recommended this network to a lot of people I called today and a guy by the name of Akash answered and said his from India giving me incorrect information that I'm on areas that's why my internet is down and not giving me a chance to speak
