Anyone who is thinking about getting a Rain contract should think otherwise. The company is full of **** and no one takes accountability. I've had endless issues from the time signed up with them. Rather pay that extra few rands and get a service provider that actually gives you peace of mind. PS: the router's you get from Rain are to be returned upon cancellation of their service and you are liable for any damages. now there's some fine print that they don't tell you.

When i called your call centre i had to wait 5min for your agents to find this on the site after reading 30 plus pages. How you expect a customer to know about this?? Your company is just pathetic, after reading all the reviews from other clients i know i made the right choice by terminating my deal with yourl.
