taking money when they want
Debit money on the 20th and not the lat day if month, who gave them a yes to do so.

20 Jan 2025, 10:13Nothing was overdue, its month to month on which i pay ahead for. No one gave rain permission to debit on the 20th if i wanted the pay ahead service for January i would have paid it. POINT : NO PERMISSION granted to debit on the 20th. NONE

Rain is pay forst month to month or did it change since 2025. this is acceptable no matter how you want to push blame for taking money out of acc with no permission.
