taking long to reply.

I have moved from my address to a different address and I have informed them at Rain that my 5G is not working at my current address I need a 4G, yesterday a guy from rain called me yesterday and informed me that someone from billing will call me, no one has called me from billing till today.

I need connection but I cant be connected because 5G is not covered where I am.
