Taking extra money from my account

Signing up with Rain for the 5g package at R529 a month but the first payment came to almost a thousand rand ... I emailed them and got told to check my statement on the app and it shows R9??.?? But not why the big amount was deducted and again I emailed coz checking the statement did not answer my question. I was told to send my bank statement to another person and a week and a half later and still I have not heard back anything. It's one thing after the other with rain
