Taking advantage of me

I am not happy with how Rain has addressed my complaint

In July I called in to cancel my 4G, since I upgraded to 5G and the who was assisting told me that they will cancel my plan in September 2023, since I am on certain plan and they will not charge me

I even said , I am putting this on record you will not charge me and she said yes

Now Rain is debited my account with R1000 last month and R980 this month while my budget was R599

No one is willing to listen to my case, the company missed lead me

I don't even have internet for October because of double debit and again in November the same thing will happen again
