Take your money but no service

I ordered the 5G packet for R499 on 30 September, the money was deducted out of my account in 1 second. The notification said up to 3 working days delivery. It is 12 October and I still haven't received anything. I logged a query which they stated they will contact me within 24 hours.... Its 2 days later and still no contact!!!! I have exams to write online and I need my Internet! Not impressed at all.
