Take your money and provide zero service. *******

Absolutely worst provider on earth. Internet has not been working for a month. I have contacted them relentlessly with the issue. Emails have been going back and forth. They copy and paste responses from their previous emails and the problem does not get resolved. On top of that they take more money after me telling them they may not debit my account until the provide me with a service. They just debited my account again and still sitting with no internet. They are no longer answering my emails. I have been trying to cancel with them and get my money back that they took and did not provide a service for and I have heard nothing back from them. DO NOT USE RAIN, nothing but money *******
