Enemy of my progress Rain, Do you not respect your clients enough to hire call centre who understand English? I have horrible network issues and I called for help only to get someone who will frustrate me even more. The least you could do is to hire South Africans in your call centre.

Please get me someone who will ask to reboot my router again, or ask me to move my router because it’s in roof top and I explain that. I need someone who will check if there is an issue on my nearest tower and try to move me to next if possible.
