Take money from bank account but no service
Terrible service!!! I app**** for 5g on 15 Dec 2024, money were deducted from my bank account but on order it still says I have to pay first! I logged a complain at the support side but no one came back to me. This morning I phoned again there support dept but still no response. What do I need to do to sort this out?????

27 Dec 2024, 09:24And still no response from the RELEVANT TEAM!!!!!! Just send the 5g as per the order or cancell the order and pay my money back!!! Almost 2 weeks later and still no ****ing answer!! This is now getting ridiciloius! Easy to take your money but useless on all the other ways of customer service!!

27 Dec 2024, 10:45What's the use of supplying an alternative number if nobody is phoning back on the number???? And if I phone back the music just keeps on playing and nobody answers!!! I'm trying to phone back and on the line with the music playing for 10 minutes now already Waisting my airtime!! Somebody just answered and hung up on me!!!
