Take as Much As You Like

I am so angry at Rain !

Rain cant just take money out 0f customers accounts as it suits them !

My arrangement with rain was to debit on the 25th because thats when i get paid.... then wonderful rain goes and debit me (no not debit because there is no debit authorization for rain) on the 20th as it suites them ! And then again a week or two later another rain payment. Like on my account it says next payment date 1st November ?

Now how is that possible ???

And for the worst part !!!!

Rain took R1 587.00 out of my account today without my authorization. I want my money back ! My monthly fee is R529 where in the world do Rain come from emptying customers pockets !

I have dependants to look after and there goes rain and take as much money as they like out of my account ! How convienent for them.

Thats ***** ! Please refund my money back, and keep to your agreements to ONLY debit on the 25th of each month !

I will await your response in this matter, I'm highly disappointed !!!!!
