Switching the router OFF and ON doesn’t work fix the network

I’ve been having network issues… The services I was promised was 50 Mbps but what I’m paying for is not what was promised I bought an antenna( the outside one which works as a satellite 📡 )for better signal but it works at less than 1Mbps with it and there’s no signal at all without it and my network was working fine for the first couple of weeks with rain … I used to get 10Mbs without an antenna and a steady 50Mbs with one but since November the signal is bad way to bad working from home has became a nightmare…

What ****es me of the most is the fact that every time I get ahold of someone the tell me to switch the router off then back on, but it still doesn’t work and each and every time I tell them that they just increase the number of minutes it should be switched off. At the rate this is going I’ll be eventually asked to switch it off permanently…
