Suspension of services though it's Rain's fault

Sim 1: My account was suspended even though Rain failed to debit. If only I could get a better ISP or if Phokeng was fibre ready in the Phokeng area.....

Sim 2: I cancelled my other rain SIM on the 16 Apr - BUT I WAS CHARGED THE FULL R479. Not pro-rata!
