Support team not helpful paid for nothing this month

Please assist with my network issue. Your support department is cycling around my issue. They keep sending troubleshooting steps one by one and the response time is now about 12 hours. My router does not work, one of your support guys came in and changed only the sim and it doesn’t work. It’s going mid month with paid subscription but I am not getting the service I paid for, nothing is taken urgently here. Not saying stop everything and assist only me but a week for a network issue is too long with a support team that send you in cycles. I don’t know what to do at this point
