Support is non-existent
I’ve wasted so much money trying to call their contact centre. When I finally got through to someone, they said that their technical department would call me but 2 days later and absolutely nothing. If you use this service provider then you need to know that help is almost impossible to get. You will struggle alone

01 Feb 2023, 10:33This now day 4 of experiencing my issue and STILL nobody has called or even emailed me regarding a follow up. It’s pathetic. They take debit orders on time but they don’t care to even support their customers within reasonable time. I will update every single day so that people can understand what rain customers go through
