Support from Rain is Non-existent

Once again Rain never fails to disappoint paying customers!!!! Payment date was moved to the 25th and payment was made as arranged. However from the 30th i have received payment reminders and sent support requests, no support also cannot phone to query as you cannot speak to any one if you have been cut off due to payment issues., Today the 2nd of May my wifi has been cut off. Why am i cut off if payment was made on the 26th? The payment date was supposed to be moved. Seems like the only way to contact Rain is to report on Hello Peter. The issue is that you can send support queries till you are blue in the face, Rain will not contact you.
