**** support from Rain

I’m at my wits end with Rain! It’s now day 4 trying to make payment on their website and it’s not working just going round and round and giving error messages! I’ve called them every day and the same response is they have escalated to the mysterious billing team which never contacts me! In the meantime I’m offline and can’t work! Really I’m hardly a complainer but this is now ticking me off!!!
