Support Department absolutley pathetic!

The support from these clowns is pathetic. This month they say I did not pay my account. I use the same card for a few things and all of the transactions went through. There was no sign of a attempt or anything from rain, but they sent me an email saying I have not paid. Tried they support email, 3 hour later, no reply. They still have a VERY long way to go if they want to make it in the mobile field. Pathetic!
