Support & billing

Two things that have my revs in the red:

1. Lack of technical support - The quality of service over the past few days, even when available, was attrocious. I can't find any support on the rain website.

2. Payment of account - I would appreciate it if Rain learnt how a calendar works. If my payment is due on the 15th of the month, that's when they'll get it, before 23:59:59. I don't know why they suspend your service at 10:30 in the morning, and I find that unacceptable.
