Support and App not working to process payment

We have been trying to make payment on the app it doesn’t work, called support not happy with outcome. most importantly Rain has support number which is *** keeps dropping whenever we call after choosing an option, why doesn’t rain have a variety of options when it comes to support, for instance whatsapp, email etc. Or maybe have someone at support who can assist with technical issues relating to App not working sufficiently???or a callback option…I mean please do something at this point i just want to cancel my subscription…
