Support

Rain Support is the worse support l ever dealt with. I have been callong them for weeks now. I have called months ago asking for them to cancel or suspend my account because l lost my job, l could not get through, I ended up using their Ask rain, it seemed my request was actioned, only to find out that they have been charging me when l called in for re-activation. Its been 2 weeks now no one calling back from the billing team
