Support

I have a new contract with RAIN. Trying to contact RAIN's support number was very frustrating. When they eventually answered after 10 min. it was so noisy and the lady at the other side did not respond to my questions. I had to end the call because this was going nowhere.

I've also logged a ticket this morning, but have not received any communication whatsoever yet. I Hope someone will contact me, otherwise I will have to cancel the contract today because by tomorrow I'll have to wait another additional month.
