It's been over 20 days waiting for rain to exchange my adapter since then I haven't connected to the internet. So I app**** for a new router using my GF's details and to my surprise they call and said that they will deliver it the next day and that's when I told them to cancel the order. Rain doesn't treat us old customers fair I've been told numerous times that my issue has been sent to the relavant department and that I would receive a call within 48hr but nothing has been done and when I tell them to put me through to that "relevant department" they say they don't have the numbers 😠😠😡😡
