Got sim cards for mobile from Rain in June that do NOT work. Have sent several emails to support that promised to resolve issue through technical department. I am sitting with a situation where support does not reply to any reminder. Issue remains unsolved and support agents are unable to provide solution as they are ********. The worst part is that it seems they just don't care and service is not at their reach. So Rain is no good when something is wrong and try to solve it. Furthermore, why bother with them ? There are also other players out there that may be could care more...
