After having to wait an entire month, paid for data that I have not received and having no means of communication with the Rain. I was at my last straw and asked for cancellation. Having to be a first time mom-to-be at 7 months, I looked for a reliable internet service provider so I can work from home and avoid going to the office in a crowded space. I ordered Rain online in June, two weeks past by, Ram couriers falsely **** saying they had delivered my package after their first attempt and took my sim pack back to the Head offices in Pretoria. I was then forced to work in the office with so much distress and disappointment. I reached out to Rain on email, the website and social media and only on Instagram was I promised to be assisted. but weeks passed by again and one called or emailed me back... I was devastated, stressed and constantly worried and MAD at Rain and Ram *(Since I had to make a plan to pay for my transport to and from work). Two days back 29th of July I received a call from a Rain agent called Evans Moagi and Lord I wanted to burst in tears but the gentleman sympathized with me, made me laugh, apologized on behalf of the company and helped me step by step. He reassured my trust with Rain and I'm typing this email still at the office but waiting for my sim to be delivered once more so I can work from home starting tomorrow before my maternity leave starts.

Therefore, to whoever is reading this, I want you to know that as bad as it is trying to find assistant with Rain, you will surely get the best service once they call you, Evans went beyond his way to make sure that I am assisted.
