Super unhappy client

Honestly the worst service provider. We are constantly struggling with connection issues although we are supposed to be 400m away from the nearest tower. Every time we phone they supposedly disconnect us from a far away tower to the nearer one but then a couple of days go by and we have the same issues. I am paying R1000 pm for the worst connection known to man-kind.
