Super poor internet Connection.

Extremely Extremely super poor service and performance from Rain!!! I have been with them a couple of month and have been experiencing super bad to non internet service at all. I have an 10 MB ps uncapped with them, but i am constantly running on a few kilobytes per second..i cannot even open my youtube nevermind watching a video?? I have even bought a new modem and still the same problem each and every day. Internet switches off by itself and comes back on after a few minutes. Process just repeats itself.

I have loggend numerous calls and tickets with them but it just does not get resolved. I am simply paying for a service that i am clearly not getting.

This is honestly so frustrating!!! Nothimg gets done from there side. No help at all.
