Super iritated!!!!!????!!!!!!

Every single month rain deducted double the month and for the last 3 months I have just paied that money this month I am very very irritated!!!!!! LAST month they "leveled down" claiming I leveled up when I never did, they put it back down to the agreed amount, now again this month it's double the amount again!! Bare in mind I only use ONE of the simcards and again they claiming I leveled up I never did that!!!! I would like a manager or someone higher not the call agents to give me a call cause this is becoming ridiculous every month I have to pay extra and this is not what was agreed apon. Super irrirtaed cause this is not YOUR money you are playing with this is MY money that's being played with. Your call agents are incredibly rude when you talk to them about this!!!!!!!
