Super easy process to sign up. The communication on all levels, from sales person to courier liaison to their after-sales was impeccable. Everyone is knowledgeable about the product and could easily answer any questions I had. I received my router and Sim cards the very next day after I signed up. I also liked the little details in the box. Everything was labeled, well packaged and basically fool-proof. On the network front, I haven't had any issues as yet (fingers crossed) and I am on the 30mbps line. Well done Rain!
