Super bad services and billing

Active services but i did not use or get any access i have no problem in paying for the month of may and the little i had in july but you are billing me for services i did not have and could not use and that is **************** thus i will not pay a sent further until this is sorted out! Rain is charging me actually now for 1month and n bit of the next month R1437 and thats bull****! Im not paying for services i did not use and all youre ads state that its month to month contract if i can pay i dont get internet know where is anything said that even if you cant pay you will still get billed! So i see Rain as ******** nothing else ill rather go and sighn a 12 or 24 month contract with other internet providers than go back to rain!im very very disappointed as this is not the 1st time this happens!

And i did not pay in August my last payment was the 5th of may!so now i wonder where do you get the info because i even sent my statement to you as proof and all you invoices also shows last payment was in may!!

Im not paying for something i did not use so no im not paying a sent to you rain is and will forever be ******** this that you say i get billed for actice services is not right because i did not have any actice services coulnd use internet at all so why should i pay then?and you keep on replying in private so the rest of youre customers cant see how rain is bull****ting them im not the only one complaining! Not even one of tried to make a phonecall to me everthing was over mail so how straight it rain actually!

Im not paying R1437 for 1 month and a bit of the next month you can forget about that!either you fix it or cancel it this is the last reply im giving because rain is fast to reply on hello peter but when we submit a ticket then there is no reply or action taken and that tells people alot of rain
