Super bad Service from Rain

What a bad service. For the last 4 weeks we battled with our Wi-Fi and every time you contact rain it is between 40-72 min on the phone and then the response is that a technician needs to sort this out and still nothing gets done.I even asked a senior to contact me and nothing.So the service at Rain is super ****.My phone bill to Rain is over R 2500 and i will not get a refund or nothing from Rain.I got a contract with Rain to get a service and then i need to battle to get it.This is a no go. My ref nrs at Rain for the last 2 weeks. ***************
